Directions: While waterless shampoo is always applied to dry hair, it does require a slightly oily surface to adhere to. Shake small amount of powder vigorously into your dog's undercoat as you run your hand from tail to head. Wait for 3 minutes. Finish by brushing your dog for 10 minutes.
