I have two Havanese. Havanese are furry (actually they have hair not fur) and low to the ground and need lots of baths. My boys used to be very itchy, but not since using IOD. We use the #10 Shampoo and the #51 Conditioner. But I may be a convert to the New NaturaLuxury Line. I tried a sample of both the shampoo and conditioner and my boys smelled great and felt like silk. As with all the IOD products I have tried they are easy to comb out. And this is the big advantage to IOD (and I have tried a lot of dog shampoos) My boys seem to stay clean and clean smelling longer. br /br /Isle of Dog is gentle enough to use every week but thorough enough to only have to use every other week. I highly recommend their products for your dogs. But I would go to their site first and let them guide you through which products are best for your breed of dog.

I have a white maltese/schnauzer mix dog with sensitive skin problems. His groomer recommended the Natural Luxury Intensely Nourishing Gloss Shampoo and Natural LLuxury Intensely Nourishing Nutrient Masque Deep Conditioner. 10 parts water to 1 part product. Love this line of products. If you have to wash your dog once a week this product is great. Leaves coat soft, silky and shiny with no residue.
